For You Book Review

For You by Mimi Strong

CONTENT WARNING: This Bestselling New Adult Romance contains mature content. Ages 17+

FOR YOU is a stand-alone novel with a HEA (Happily Ever After) ending.

Aubrey is a tough girl who rarely smiles. She fled her shabby past for a reason, and won’t let anyone close enough to discover
her secrets.

Boys with tattoos are on Aubrey’s Stay Away list, but fast-talking Sawyer refuses to take a hint.

Sawyer is a kindred spirit who seems as lost in the world as Aubrey. And he’s cute. Really cute.

She tries to resist, but Sawyer talks his way into one date, and then another. Things get steamy at the beach, and he does say the sweetest things. Aubrey finds herself smiling, and falling in love.

But when the truth comes out about Aubrey’s past, and the police are at the door, will Sawyer stand by her side? Or is she more trouble than she’s worth?

My Review

For You by Mimi Strong

I fell in love with the characters in this story.   This story was actually a little tame for Mimi Strong. I have gotten spoiled with her books being humorous and very kinky. This book showed me just how talented Mimi Strong is. She is capable of writing all kinds of characters and making you fall in love with them.

Aubrey is just 21 years old but she has been experienced more in her life than most 60 year olds would go through in their lives! She has had to take care of herself and others. She rises to the challenge. She had to learn some lessons the hard way and she isn’t good at judging people! So when Sawyer comes into her life she has to make some big decisions….will she let someone in that will show her the love she so desperately wants and needs?

I cried reading this book and I was very emotionally invested! A great emotional read!
